Anhydrous ammonia appears as a colourless gas with a strong, pungent odour. Although liquid under low temperature and high pressure, it quickly vaporizes into gas when exposed to the atmospheric temperature, or with the release of pressure.
NH₃, or ammonia is classified as a hazardous material with UN No 1005. Finding its industrial use at a concentration of 99.5%, ammonia is a highly versatile chemical, used primarily in the fertilizer, rubber, steel, pharmaceutical and refrigeration industry.
Stored and transported in mild-steel containers of varying capacity cylinders of 50kg and 60kg, and tankers of capacities from 9 MT to 21 MT, all compliant with the safety regulations as issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and tested beyond their pressure capabilities to ensure maximum safety.

Liquor ammonia is a solution of ammonia in water. It can be denoted by the symbols NH₃(aq). The solution thus formed, contains a low pressure in the form of vapours and is safe to handle, reducing the hazards of that of Ammonia liquid.
Manufactured with an industry standard of 25% w/w concentration, the solution is transported in plastic carboy containers of capacities varying from 50 litres to 235 litres and mobile vessels ranging in capacity from 6 Mt. to 15 Mt. and 21 Mt. ISO tankers.
Cylinder/Tanker Manufacturing
The group adopted an ‘atmanirbhar’ approach in the distribution of ammonia business back in the year 1978 with the opening up of its cylinder manufacturing unit in Sonepat, Haryana. We manufacture ammonia cylinders of 50 kg and 60 kg gas capacity, alongside the production of large mobile tankers for both- liquid and liquor ammonia with volumes ranging from 6 MT to 21 MT ISO containers. Additionally, we are qualified for the manufacturing of chlorine cylinders for any client that may need them.
